Summer: Chapter 3

This is the last 'Summer' installment. After our California fun we headed back up to CDA to finish off summer and to get some final days with my family. We spent our 4th of July up north and I just loooove CDA 4th of July celebrations. I think they are just perfection. Here are some pics!

Summer Series 2

Summer Series, Chapter 2

After a wonderful time camping, we got to hang out in California for a bit! We spent a few days of the trip in San Diego where Kyle attended an Optometry Conference and the rest of us played. I wish he could have had more free time but we will just have to go back to San Diego someday. Darn. :)

Milo update

8 months and it's going too fast.

He has changed so much lately it's really about time I update! Here's some little fun facts about Milo so far.

  • He has yet to pop a tooth but his gummy grin is adorable.
  • He has started to wave and pull himself to standing.
  • He loves every electronic gadget that I don't want him to touch.
  • He's crawling and getting into everything
  • He has more hair than half of his uncles.
  • He ALWAYS wakes up smiling.
  • He gags, and throws up, green beans and peas.
  • He loves swimming and sunshine.
  • He's about 22 pounds, 29 inches, and wears 12months+ clothing
  • He likes to sing along. Loudly.
  • His best smiles and giggles of the day are when Daddy comes home.
  • He makes us happy every single day. :)

Summer 1: Camping

A lot has happened...

I mean, seriously. A lot.

We've had an incredible summer break. Because I will get overwhelmed and just not post anything if I try to do it all at once, we're going to have a bit of a summer series here. Don't worry, I'll do it chronologically at least. :)

We headed out to Coeur d'Alene and after a little bit of hangin' we decided to embark on the mother of all campouts. We took all 22 members of the family in one RV and two Minivans from North Idaho to Yosemite and Sequoia Nationals Parks in Southern California.

We went on tons of hikes and had tons of fun! All the kids were great campers and most of the adults were too! ;) We had a 22 matching Crandall Family Reunion shirts, 9 kids under the age of 8, 8 nights of camping, 3 porta cribs, 2 tents, 1 all too curious bear, and 0 flat tires! It was an amazing trip.

Tyce is way too cute!
